Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days upon receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return online- login in to your account, select the item you wish to return and submit. Once approved we will send you a shipping label to print off and attach to your return parcel.

Contact us at customerservice@evielovestoast.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Items are returned at the customer's expense, we recommend sending items with proof of postage.
Drop off in store - If you would prefer to drop off your item to our store please follow the process outlined above, bring your items to be returned into our store, please note our in store team will not be able to provide you with a refund. The goods will be sent to our warehouse and inspected and a refund issued using the card payment used online.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We regret that for hygiene reasons the following items cannot be returned; earrings, face masks, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is processed , make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
